Customs and taxes Orders sent to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Greece, Czechia and Hungary are shipped from the Netherlands, within the European Union. No additional customs charges or import taxes apply.
Orders sent to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Australia may be subject to local customs charges or import taxes, depending on the rules in force in those countries. Any such charges are payable by the customer.

Order tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing this number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours. For orders in France, tracking is through La Poste. For orders in Belgium, tracking is through bpost or DHL.
For orders in Denmark, tracking is through PostNord or DHL. For orders in the United Kingdom, tracking is through Royal Mail or DHL. For orders in Italy, tracking is through Poste Italiane or DHL. For orders in Switzerland, tracking is through Swiss Post or DHL. For international orders, tracking is provided by a local partner depending on the destination.
